New developments in two seperate Anonymous related cases:

Two LulzSec hackers, Darren Martyn (Pwnsauce) and Donnacha O'Cearbhaill (Palladium), learned they will not spend time behind bars for the attack they launched on a 2011 election campaign website.

The two pleaded guilty to the charges brought against them in July. At the time, a judge ordered them to take part in a probation service program.

Now, Judge Ann Ryan says she is pleased with the fact that they’ve put their expertise to good use during this period, which is why they will not have to serve jail time.

Martyn & O'Cearbhaill have been ordered to pay a €5,000 each to cover the costs of restoring the website. Half of the money will go to a suicide prevention charity.

Also, a new development in the Steubenville, Ohio rape case saga...

William Rhinaman, a Steubenville City Schools IT worker, was charged with tampering with evidence, obstructing justice, obstructing official business and perjury, according to an indictment released Tuesday.

Rhinamanb allegedly tried to alter or conceal evidence from Aug. 11, 2012 thru April 25, 2013. Two Steubenville High School football players were convicted of raping a girl after a party that began the night of Aug. 11, 2012.
