Andrea Landry-Brown is a mental wellness strategist, peer mentor, professional speaker, author and educator. She was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety and PTSD in 2006. Andrea has a Master’s Degree in Psychology. She has written several mental wellness workbooks to assist individuals with symptom management, self-acceptance and eliminating stigma.
