We live in an unprecedented time. The economy dictates that women must join, remain in or rejoin the workforce at alarming rates. More mature women are returning to work because of depleted retirement funds, losses on investments and in some cases being victim of massive investment fraud schemes (think Bernie Madoff). Younger women are getting into the work world at earlier ages. There used to be a time when young women could go from high school to college without thinking of working. The economy has put an end to that. The workforce is comprised of Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X and Millenials.
