I chose this show, because I have been thinking so much of the loss of a dynamic woman.A woman, who made her career about teaching others to accept, embrace and work through the shadows of our lives, Debbie Ford has passed away.Debbie spoke about our shadow self, and Oriah speaks about shadows in this show..

Her light lives on in those she has touched, as she walked this Earthly path, we all walk along with as well. May she be remembered and honored for the soul work and light she brought to this world.Rest in peace Debbie, you are missed.
