Leveraging Change in Colleges and Schools of Education

UCEA features an interview with Rick Ginsberg, the dean of the College of Education and Susan Twombly at the University of Kansas about the importance of carefully developing and communicating the rationale for commencing a change process as well as the hurdles and constraints that can get in the way of effectively implementing change. Ginsberg and Twombly will discuss current change efforts within the Kansas College of Education, the impetus for these changes and their experience.
