Teaching the Teacher

As adults, we fail our children by assuming that the way to address and correct a problem is to create a rule but what we fail to see is creating a rule does nothing to truly address the problem.  In order to truly fix any issue, we need to understand that issue and only then can we resolve it.  We figure if the problem is addressed, then our task for resolving it is over but I am here to tell you today, that is not true.
