Injustice in Baltimore - Man inprisoned for 25 years for a Murder that he did not commit

Mark Grant was Convicted in 1984 for Murdering Michael Gough in Baltimore & sentenced to Life in prison. After spending 23 Years in prison The innocence project took on his case, & has proven that Mark Grant could not have commited this murder & ask the govenor of maryland to Grant him clemency but the Govenor has not done so.
