We are proud to announce self-published author of the book 365 Girl, Mrs. Tracey Sydnor, as our Co-Host for this exciting Episode. 365 Girl is an immediate call to action on raising the self-esteem of young ladies today. This book covers several major areas in a young girl's life: Physical, Social, Relational, Sexual, Spiritual, and Educational. Self-Esteem is one of the biggest stumbling blocks for today's youth, especially young ladies. To address this, 365 Girl was written to challenge the mindset of young ladies and teach them how to speak over their lives through a year of daily affirmations and positive re-enforcement. Mrs. Sydnor was born in Chicago, Illinois, and is the oldest of three girls. She has always had a passion for youth, especially young ladies. She spent five years as an officer in the U.S. Army and now resides in Los Angeles, California with her husband and daughter. After engaging and interacting with young ladies across the country, she felt a serious tug on her heart to address the issue of low self-esteem that is attacking young people today. Most importantly, Mrs. Sydnor loves God and wants young girls to develop a real relationship with Christ understanding the importance of Prayer and Trust in Him.
