Praying for People when they do you bad

When the Israelites tried to replace or stone Moses because of their rebellious ways, Moses never wanted God to destroy them. Moses' heart was to intercede for them so that God would forgive and restore them. We see this in Numbers 16 again. Fresh off of Korah's rebellion, the Israelites complain and murmur against Moses and Aaron, and God is not pleased. Instead of being angry at the people, Moses interceeds for them so God does not destroy them in His anger. That is the heart of Moses, and we, as believers, have to have the same heart after God, and pray and interceede for God's people regardless of what they may have done to us.
