Overcoming the world through our faith

It is not your wealth or earthly accomplishments that our Lord will praise you for when it is all said and done for you on this earth.  What our Lord will praise you for is a faith that endured and overcame every obstacle that came along, a faith that grew and grew as time went by, a faith that overcame the world, and a faith that became more and more dependent on the Lord our God for what you need to fulfill God’s call on your life.  Your precious faith overcomes the spirit of the world when you renew your mind. This faith will cause you to rejoice with exceeding gladness even though you are in the midst of hard trials.
