To help women to develop more health and productive lifestyle through focusing on health, we must look at the effects that stress has on physical, mental and emotional health.
Stressors are anything, anyone or any situation about which you experience pressure and tension. There are many stressors that cause pressure and tension, including work and personal. In order to focus on stress, it is necessary to make a list of things that are difficult for you to handle both at work and in your personal life. Which stressors can be changed by you? Which stressors can’t be change by you? What are the consequences of being able or not being able to change these stressors? When you can’t change stressors, what do you do?
People cope with stress in a variety of ways both positive and negative including exercise, work on a hobby, practice a method of relaxation, write in a journal or write and pray, go to church or negative get drunk, throw things, yell at kids, avoid social contact or over and under eat.
