Traditional public education is branding SOME students as failures because these students can't pass the GEORGIA HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION TEST. I know several students who still don't have a diploma, after 3 years because they were never able to pass portions of the test. Now, Georgia has dropped the graduation test in favor of the END OF COURSE TEST (EOCT), but what about the students who never passed the graduation test? What becomes of them?
