Your career. Your passion. Do those two things have anything to do with each other? Could they? Should they?

Author, consultant, and strategic guru Lawler kang joins us to discuss.

About our guest

As the Founder of Ingage, Lawler Kang has created a progressive services firm that improves the "profitability of happiness" by energizing leaders, their teams and their talent to align and emotionally engage with their work.

Lawler has worked with start-ups, NPOs, Boards, associations such as the Human Capital Institute and Vistage as well as powerhouses such as Pfizer, Cisco, Google, Yahoo, and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Prior to Ingage, Lawler served as an Engagement Manager in the venture-funded business unit at Scient, an eBusiness consulting firm. He was then made Managing Director of the Northeast, growing the company’s presence to an amazing 85 colleagues.

Lawler has done strategy consulting, executive search, run four turnarounds (from software/services to bio-tech), founded two startups and has five years of global supply chain management with a Japanese chemical firm.

Lawler is the author of the best-selling book Passion at Work. His purpose is to constructively rock the boat by impelling individuals and organizations to fulfill their legacies by emotionally engaging with their work.
