Rob Bogosian is the founder and principal consultant at RVB Associates, a consulting firm focused on linking management and leadership development to business strategy. Prior to establishing RVB Associates, he was Vice President of Performance Development at Wachovia Corporation. Rob is Professor of Management at Hult International Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts and is currently Rob is a Doctoral Candidate at George Washington University, specializing in organizational silence.
