Dr. Higginbotham (aka Dr. Higgie) is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist in practice since 1991. In 2003 she opened her private practice, The Women’s Health Solution. Here she developed a passion to help her patient’s achieve health and wellness from a more holistic perspective. After treating thousands of patients, she saw a disturbing trend in her patients overall health. Obesity, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol and Cardio-Vascular Disease were significant factors in her patient’s health and it appeared that their health issues were not being adequately addressed using the conventional medicine model practiced today.

Kathleen ( aka Kat) is an entrepreneur, owner of Total Health Care Mgmt, Inc., Chiropractic Care Facility. The focus of her company is to treat patients with bone, joint, muscular and spine injuries with a specialty in job related injuries. After spending over 10 years as a registered agent in the Insurance Industry, she got an opportunity to look closely at the overall health of her clients, many of them being physicians. Through the underwriting process that’s required to process insurance policies, Kat saw the same disturbing trend in Chronic Diseases in the health factors of her clients. She recognized most health care professionals don’t focus on health, nutrition education or the prevention of chronic diseases.
