When asked what Person Shape his life he answered - My kids. They make me look at myself every day to see if I am being the world’s best dad. If not, they are really good at reminding me about what I need to change to be that.

What have you experienced that changed Life: The divorce of my parents what I was 8 years old. It is the reason I do the work today. So that no other child is ever standing on his/her sidewalk watching their father drive away. The way I look at divorce is not through the eyes of the couple but the eyes of the child.
