Why are these two men in Jail. No justice, the new jim crow

Mr. Dewayne Ewing and Kevin Barnes have been sitting in a jail cell with no evidence against these two men in the Alameda/ Contra Costa, and Oakland Bay Area since 2007. No bail, no trial date, and the entire judicial system in that Area  have conspired against these two men. Both at the time of arrest at the age of 34 had no pryors Felonies.
