Carl Higbie was a highly decorated Navy SEAL and the "golden boy" of Team 10. When American contractors and elite military guards were killed and their bodies dragged behind a vehicle through the streets of Fallujah and then burned while hanging on the Fallujah bridge for public display, Carl was one of the SEALs who went in and captured this heinous Iraqi terrorist.

Fast-forward to 2012, Carl wrote and published his book, "Battle on the Home Front: A Navy SEAL's Mission to Save the American Dream," which shared no classified information, but just spoke openly of his belief that we need a new movement of personal responsibility and personal accountability to save the American dream.

Behind closed doors, his superiors agreed with him. In front of their superiors, they disagreed with him. Next, the Navy did whatever they could to get Carl to leave, making his life a living hell. Eventually, Carl did voluntarily leave the Navy, with his HONORABLE DISCHARGE intact. This honorable discharge meant that Carl was entitled to the educational benefits of the 9/11 G.I. Bill, which ensured four years of education, a stipend for books and living expenses, so that he could further his education upon leaving the Navy. Then, the Navy tryed to pull a fast one.
