Rise and Shine celebrating Octobers 31 days of Halloween, stories, comments and all other things in between. Today we have more open mic...  Lets make Halloween safe so that families that do take there kids door to door collecting candy and showing there costumes can enjoy the day, we use too, now is there turn. This is specially for those new parents, that might not know there kids can be allergic to certain candies, talking about those containing peanut products, so we have the need to step in, because we are the ones who buys them.
