Speaking Plainly Part 5 - Baptism -- Men & Women (AND Children?)

When does a boy really become a man?  Is it really 13 when he is (Bar Mitzvah)?

1Co_10:2  And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;

Act_8:12  But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

Num_32:11  Surely none of the men that came up out of Egypt, from twenty years old and upward, shall see the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob; because they have not wholly followed me:

Jos_1:2  Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.

Gen_16:16 And Abram was eighty six years old when Hagar bore Ishmael to Abram.

Gen 21:5 And Abraham was a son of a hundred years when his son Isaac was born to him.

Gen 21:17 And Elohim heard the voice of the young boy. And the Messenger of Elohim called to Hagar out of the heavens. And He said to her, What ails you, Hagar? Do not fear, for Elohim has heard the voice of the boy, there where he is.

Num_1:45  So were all those that were numbered of the children of Israel, by the house of their fathers, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war in Israel;
