I Am My Siztah's Keeper

Feb 27th 2011, on "The Lounge w/ TJ & Michelle" we are supporting organizations who are hands on in the community raising awareness on HIV/AIDS. This is one of a three part series that you don't want to miss. We will meet Linda Brown, Founder of "I Am My Siztah's Keeper." Linda will be sharing some vital information about the virus, how to deal with the virus and ways to prevent spreading the virus. "I Am My Siztah's Keeper" Mission Statement: I Am My Siztah's Keeper provides a loving, safe and accepting environment for women, specifically women with children, who are HIV+ or have AIDS. It is a place that enables women to put the primary focus on taking care of themselves, be that addressing the issues of employment, homelessness, substance abuse or domestic violence.
