Psychological Abuse In the Workplace

Psychologica abuse in the workplace is often thought of as 1 person perhaps a boss harrasing 1 person.  While this may be true, there are times when the harasser may recruit others in the workplace into the harrassment of one single target resulting in job mobbing.  This can leave the target emotionally scared and distraught and can bring on many medical ailments such as anxiety, fear, headaches and much more.
