As an international professional speaker, trainer and author, Ruben captivates audiences with his enthusiasm and authenticity. With 6 years of personal development experience and 4 years as an international speaker, Ruben Mata is able to present a wealth of techniques and strategies for developing and empowering leaders.
Growing up in a gang challenged neighborhood, Ruben understands how important it is having a mentor and positive curriculum that our youth as well as adults may confide and look to for support. He has also taught personal development classes in Spanish in gang challenged neighbor hoods with O.C.C.O.R.D.  a nonprofit in Orange County Calif. He has also donated his time to a Youth Detention Ministry in Juvenile Hall and has taught personal development to recent parolees who have severed 5-40 year prison terms.
Along with his love for the youth is fitness, Ruben is a Master Nuero Linguistic Practioner, Master Success Coach, Certified Personal Trainer Authors Coach and donates his time in offering fitness style Boot Camps at Phoenix House, a recovery home in Orange County.
