Wow how can anyone believe the stuff coming out of there mouths?  FACT-CHECK: Former Vice President Joe Biden claimed Wednesday at the #DemDebate that "Obamacare is working."  VERDICT: Premiums, deductibles, and co-pays remain historically high. Obamacare individual market premiums more than doubled, from $2,784 in 2013 to $5,712 in 2017, an increase of 105 percent.  FACT-CHECK: Sen.
