This Thursday on the Conversation "We are restoring pride in the American worker and faith in the American Dream. People are dreaming again."  Moments ago, President Donald J. Trump gave remarks during a working session with mayors from around the country.  It is about time people of this Country can dream and not feel like the Government is keeping us down.  The markets are again hitting records highs and it is the nineth time this year.  Tomi Lahren slammed the NFL for rejecting a Super Bowl advertisement from American Veterans urging people to stand for the National Anthem.  This is getting sadder and sadder. My thought on this and I expect to see record low super bowl veiwership.  Starbucks announced Wednesday it will increase wages and enact other perks for more than 150,000 U.S. employees as a direct result of recent tax reform.  One of the most liberal companies giving back to it's employees cause of trumps tax reforms, wow just wow. My thoughts on the powerful message it sends.  "America has always had a great tradition of opening its arms to others in need. But that tradition never meant opening its borders," Kay Coles James wrote in a recent op-ed.  Finally someone who gets it and know the past.  BREAKING NEWS: Former USA gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar sentenced up to 175 years for multiple sexual assaults.  "We believe the people we have helped educate, who have been here for decades, deserve to have the protection we've already given them."  Washington Governor Jay Inslee recently spoke out about the Department of Motor Vehicles no longer providing information to I.C.E. agents.. Will this ever end something has to be done.  Also the upcoming weekend in the English Premiere League.  This and much much more so join me for the Conversation your apart of.
