Dr. Toni “Muzzi” Muzzonigro was born and raised in southwest Florida and graduated from the University of Florida in 2003 earning degrees in Nutrition and Zoology. Dr. Muzzi attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl, graduating in 2007. She completed her family practice residency at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan and became a Board Certified Family Practice physician in 2010. She has greatly enjoyed working in Direct Primary Care for the past year and a half, as it has allowed her to connect with patients on a more personal level and offer them more timely and thorough care. She is passionate about empowering patients to take control of their health and health care by way of education and a relationship based on trust and mutual respect. Her professional interests include nutrition, office based procedures, women’s health, pediatrics, dermatology and diabetes management
