Bryan is a victim of public office corruption and false arrest.Last year the state of Ohio charged Bryan with kidnapping his own daughter when he sought medical help for her in an emergency.Unable to get help,he has taken his case to federal court with the advice of The Citizen's Action Network.He also has documents to back up his story as FACT.
