In this segment of the Vince Anello show our guests are Niagara County Legislators Dennis Virtuoso and Jason Zona. A number of callers called in to discuss several County issues. The Niagara County Industrial Development Agency (NCIDA) was discussed and the callers questioned its value for Economic Development. Another caller asked if any further attempts have been made by the legislature to support a local law that will require subsidized housing units to be inspected. The direct pay to landlords was passed but the issue of inspections for the housing units lingers.

The controversial issue of assessments was brought up by one caller. The caller expressed her fear that the re-assessment process is often abused.

Legislators Virtuoso and Zona brought up the fact that the new Niagara County Manager Rick Updegrove will be taking over. Legislator Zona expressed his view as well as many others including the host that Niagara Falls needs a Convention Center. The host added that it's very important for the City of Niagara Falls to have another destination venue that will generate more tourist revenue. The Niagara Experience Center (NEC) and later Wonder Falls have been suggested for that purpose.
