On Monday Feburary 8th, 2021, we lost  Mary Wilson  co-foundier of the Supremes. 

 Supremes (1959 – 1977) 

Mary Wilson was born March 6, 1944, 

At 15, Wilson was a founding member of the group called The Primettes – formed with  Detroit housing project neighbor Diana Ross, Betty McGlown and Florence Ballard. 

The Primettes lobbied Motown founder Berry Gordy to sign them to his record label. He agreed if the young group changed its name.

Mary Wilson leaves behind 2 children  

TONIGHT WILLIAM STEVENSON AND KIM WESTON WILL SHARE MEMORIES OF MARY WILSON
