Back To School Are You Ready?

The kids are back in school or at least  the ones in Atlanta are and some kids have already begun taking quizzes. Is it too soon to start taking quizzes? Should kids be allowed to relax the first couple weeks of school? What do you think? In light of the fact that America ranks #17 in World Education; when countries like South Korea, Finland, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore top the list of 40 developed countries. Do we need to focus more on tests and quizzes? Just what type of education is on top of the list here?
