Today I want to cover a topic that has been brought to my attention. I am very fortunate that the two sponsors I have are great. They are unique in their ways and they both have hearts. Their main concern is their team's success not just their own. I mean let's be real they want to make money of course  but that is not their only focus. 

Some sponsors act like they are bosses calling their new business partners asking them have you don this have you done that.They don't realize that people don't want bosses if they did they would stay at their jobs.
