Communication across the gender lines

Males and females will be talking about how we communicate with one another across the gender lines. We have not made it to a point where we effectively communicate our thoughts and feelings. Why or why not? What can be done to fix this. Communication is a vital component to friendship as well as relationships. We gotta talk it up!
