This episode of the Pirate Football Playback features the guys reflecting on ECU’s 37-10 loss to McKenzie Milton-less UCF on Saturday night at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium.

Hometown hero and true freshman signal signal-caller Holton Ahlers made his starting debut for the Pirates.  The former DH Conley High School star had 475 total yards—406 passing, 69 rushing—but he and the ECU offense’s ability to protect the football led to their demise against the tenth-ranked Knights.

We appreciate you listening to the Sports Objective Podcast.  Stay tuned for Tuesday’s Pirate Football Player Spotlight where we will sit down with three former ECU gridiron greats!
