However, it is important, if you decide to remove dairy products from your diet, to ensure you replace those lost nutrients with other nutrient sources, such as calcium-rich green leafy vegetables and vitamin D-rich sunlight.

What you put on your plate each day has a profound effect on the state of your digestion and health. However, it's not only what you eat that's important, but also how much, how often, how regularly and in what state of mind you eat that will determine how you will digest that meal.
