Jim Waters: The System Is the Problem for Kentucky Schools

Ed Holloway and Jim Waters joined us for this episode of The Rest of the News, with Dr. Frank Simon. Jim Waters had some choice words for the unions, and he advocates for the state takeover of JCPS, despite generally being in favor of local control. Waters also spoke about the gap in performance between African American and caucasian students in the Jefferson Co. Public School system.
