Community - Expectations

Who do  you want to become within your community? What will it take to become the person you want to be? Are you setting high expectations for yourself? Or, are you just bouncing along with no plan? Do you want to achieve something grea , but getting out of your comfort zone scares you? Are you looking for easy greatness in your community? You can get what you expect from your community, are you expecting success?
