Today I'm sharing some great advice I got from a woman who had reached the summit of Everest. After watching me struggle to keep up with the guys on a day long hike, she told me to rest on the move and work while we were stopped. This advice helped me o that hike, but it's been invaluable advice in creating my tailor-made life.
