Run for Autism 5K is one of VIA’s biggest fundraisers of the year. Last year, the fundraiser had 1,200 runners (compared to 800 in 2013) and raised $100,000 for the Virginia Institute of Autism. It has 22 corporate sponsors this year, including Finish Line Sponsor Threepenny Café – more than ever before – and already registered 400 people.
