Should Any of MalcolmX Killers Be Set Free?

There has been news that one of MalcolmX's accused killers was set free back in June of 1985. Now the news is another one of the killers has had access to the outside world as he is serving time for the pass 20 years. Is this a conspircy that's within the Justice Department? Or is it a Parole Board that supported the Killing of MalcolmX? Was MalcolmX death caused by a power struggle that was within the Nation?
