S.T.E.P.P.E. R. S  a "Model of Excellence"   NON-PROFIT organization , founded December  1, 2010.  
 

 
Our mission is dedicated to helping prepare students to develop as young leaders by excelling and succeeding in today's society, given the services and tools needed to achieve. 
 
Stephanie N. Richardson began to pursue  her vision while teaching for the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System. She  is active in the community and  enjoys empowering youth  throughout the Charlotte and surrounding  areas coaching, mentoring  and speaking at events.  In January of 2011,  Stephanie composed  the "Stepping to into Education project' by partnering with Right Choices, a local alternative school within Charlotte Mecklenburg School System in Chalrotte, NC. The " Stepping into Education Project ," allows mentors to assist young boys and girls in middle and hgh school with academic achievement and long-term personal relationships preparing  the youth for a productive future.
