More importantly, make you're going OUTSIDE and getting fresh air and direct Sunlight when the sun is shining! That's how we receive Vitamin D! Vitamin D is key in maintaining a healthy immune system. I beg you to please, be careful with the hype around thie toxic vaccine. Look up M-RNA, and what it actually is. It is the RNA of an animal or another human being that they're injecting people with. Learn about your own DNA and how they can alter YOUR genome with this vaccine series. Please, educate yourself, and do not be a Sheep! You do realize that 99.9% of us will still survive and still be here, so recognize the plans being designed AGAINST US. And, last, but not least, over 3,518 people have sufferred life-altering conditions as a resut of taking the vaccine. Some people died at the site of the injection, and others are experiencing paralysis, and other neurological disorders since receiving the first dose. My guess is that they will not be taking the 2nd or 3rd. This is not a game, Family.
