The Mindful Mystics

Two Mindful Mystics, one a psychic, the other a medium. Lively chat and calls discussing life, death, spirituality, self-help, spiritual development and much more.  This revealing show also has regular guests who will share their wisdom on mediumship, angels, the paranormal, healing and anything else you tell us you want to hear about.

Valerie Delffori is a psychic counsellor, healer, a Mindfulness coach and tutor, with many years of experience in talking, writing and teaching on metaphysics, healing and Reiki.  She gives one to one psychic readings, Transform Healing sessions and Mindfulness coaching and teaching via skype, phone and in person from her premises near London UK. She also writes articles and online courses in Mindfulness, Meditation and all things metaphysical.

Jo Bradley is a physical medium and psychic surgeon with many years of experience working with spirit as a medium (one to one) and also giving Psychic Surgery clinics all over the UK. She is the author of 2 books which explore her journey with spirit. As well as this she runs 'seances'; these are events where, through using her physical body, spirit can manifest, move objects, write, speak  and do much more.  There are only a few physical mediums in the UK and Jo has spent many years developing her skills through her connection with spirit and is an expert in her field.

While they are both very spiritual beings, these ladies have quite different beliefs.  During the show they will discuss their beliefs and ask the audience to join in and give their views too.  They will accept calls to give short readings and spend some of the show talking to guests and giving short meditations.  A real plethera of ideas to stimulate the mind, body and soul.. something for everyone!
