In America, whose lives REALLY matter?

Just when it gets quiet and you think everything is okay we hear of another police shooting of an unarmed black man. Why is it that we never hear of officers of different ethnicities committing the same atrocities that some of their Caucasian coworkers seem to be doing on a consistent and regular basis? We already know that this country was built without anyone else in mind except for the Caucasian man,woman and child, but now that we are all here why can't we sit at the table?
