We cant fix the problem pretending we don’t see it. There is a secret agenda of blaming and complaining and creating soft black males and not men. We are losing the battle but the war isn't over. Always remember, Successful black people will work with people who are good at doing what they can't do and add them to their team. They find their weaknesses and reinforce them with people who can strengthen them.

Successful black people don't worry about hoarding their wisdom, knowledge, and resources but they do the opposite. They train people to be their best in what they love to do and can do easily. They develop people and add them to their team and inner circle. They network with them and follow them. They learn from others as well as help them to improve. And in order to fight the monkeys we must come together and rid ourselves of the bitches and crab in the bucket people in our lives.
