Mission Very Probable: Helping Our Black Males

I will discuss the Mission of my Company: Brother Tracy Gibson & Association, Inc. I started the company and was incorporated in December of 2006, but started research five years prior to that.  I want to have a positive and lasting impact on helping our young Black men become productive, responsible, reliable, positive-thinking men who will celebrate their achievements in being an attribute to our entire community istead of being what some in our society call a detriment. We will do this by several components of the company including: gearing Black men to buy from Black companies; read Black writers; appreciate older Black men and Black women in the community; respect ourselves; and stay in school while appreciating the possibility of getting even better educated.
