TLD - Mentors & Mentoring Young People - Part III

The Leadership Doctors (TLD) provides best practices, strategies, and tools for youth and youth advocates and mentors to identify, develop, mentor, and coach young people as leaders.

Young people are looking for ways to impact the communities wherre they live. TLD is a prt of the Positive Youth Development Network (PYDN). The PYDN is a network or Internet-based radio and Internet TV shows designed to foster, create, and bring leadership development resources to urban communities regardless or the communities ability to pay for programs and services.

The Leadership Doctors are Dr. Dwayne B. Thomas, Ph.D., (host and Professor of Organizational Leadership at Dominican University), Dr. William Hoston, Ph.D., Professor of Political Science at the University of Houston - Clear Lake, and Dr. Wytress Richardson Ed.D., Professor of Organizational Leadership at National Louis University.  

The Leadership Doctors have spent more than 70 years in leadership development, youth development, community development, mentoring, coaching, and directing and faciitating trainings for youth advocates and coaches. Drs. Thomas, Hoston, and Richardson have strong leadership consulting backgrounds and are available for consulting projects across the US.
