Ep 67 “Julie’s Tricks & Treats for Weight Loss”, In this episode Julie shares her tricks and treats:
Trick 1:  Drink more water and how to increase your intake in a painless way
Trick 2:  Cut fat in holiday and cake recipes by replacing fat with applesauce
Trick 3:  Cut sugar in holiday and cake recipes by lowering sugar amount or using baking mix truvia and/or Splenda
Treat 1:  Volumize your food!  Add vegetables everywhere you can to eat a larger volume serving
Treat 2:  Choose fruit first when wanting a sweet then have your candy or treat

Julie Tussey’s Pumpkin Fluff Recipe:
1 lg can PURE Pumpkin  (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 standard sized container of Fat Free Cool Whip
1 small box Sugar Free Butterscotch or Vanilla Pudding mix
Mix all and add nutmeg and cinnamon to taste.  (or use pumpkin pie spice to taste)

Julie Tussey’s  Turkey Kielbasa n Cabbage 
1 package Turkey Kielbasa sliced in bite sized pieces
½ head cabbage, chopped  (can use pre-shredded from store)
1-2 cans Rotel (I use Original, it is a medium heat, you can use mild or hot or for more bland use diced tomatoes) 
S&P to taste
Cook all in a frying pan over med heat until tender.   No oil necessary.
