Life is full of twists and turns and, sometimes, there’s a tendency to fall flat on your face.

Our disappointments come when our expectations do not come to pass.

The refocus…readjustment of your expectations can determine how you “land” when life doesn’t turn out how you thought it would turn out.

In my life, knowing that I am NOT the only one dealing with “my” struggles gives me relief…gives me hope…gives me courage to press on.

There seems to be a consistent pattern of those who have been able to push through the worse struggles and hardships of their lives.

They ADAPT, IMPROVISE, AND OVERCOME!
