Is it okay to feed the stereotypes as long as we see faces of color on the screen? Specifically I want to discuss movies like Soul Plane and Friday, Tyler Perry Films, actors from Asia who are relegated to action/kung-fu movies, and actors like John Lequizamo who can do so much more than he does but doesn't, while his latina counterparts settle for sexpot roles.
