Keep it real, "OH REALLY"?

Clarence Holman and Cornell Wilson will be hosting today's show. "Keeping it real" has become one of the most widely used terms in circles today. What is Keeping it real? Is it saying what is on your mind? Is it telling the exact truth or could it be laying it all on the line to be completely understood?
